- We reserve the right to carry out additional security checks on selected orders. These security checks may delay the confirmation of
orders by a few hours.
- Technical support for our software is available by email. This support is provided free of charge.
- REFUND POLICY
- Orders cancelled prior to any work commencing will be subject to a full refund
- Orders cancelled after commencment of work but prior to installation will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to the percentage of
work completed on the date the order is cancelled.
- No refunds will be given after software of other services are delivered and/or installed on the customers website.
- OWNERSHIP & COPYRIGHT OF SOFTWARE
- Hallisoft retain all right, title and interest, including all copyright and intellectual property rights, in and to, the Software
(as an independent work and as an underlying work serving as a basis for the Online Reservation System installed on your website), and all copies of it.
All rights not specifically granted under this licence agreement, including International Copyrights, are expressly reserved by us.
- You may not:
- sub-licence, rent, lease, lend, grant a security interest in, or otherwise transfer rights or make or distribute copies of the Software;
- remove any proprietary notices or labels on the Software;
- alter, merge, modify, adapt or translate the Software, or decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or otherwise reduce the Software to a
human-perceivable form, create derivative works of, market, sublicence, time-share or electronically transmit or receive the Software except to the
extent permitted by the laws of England and Wales.
